🚨 We’re Hiring: Production Manager (Furniture Manufacturing | E-Commerce Focus)
We are looking for an experienced, highly driven production manager to lead operations at our advanced multi-capability manufacturing facility in Ahmedabad, specializing in wooden, metal, and hybrid furniture production for the fast-paced e-commerce market.
If you have strong expertise in furniture manufacturing, production efficiency, and scaling operations for online retail demand, this is an excellent opportunity to take ownership of a growing manufacturing ecosystem.
🛠️ Role Overview:
The selected candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end factory operations, ensuring seamless production, high product quality, cost efficiency, and timely fulfillment for large-scale e-commerce distribution.
🔧 Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee complete production operations across wooden & metal furniture lines
• Drive production planning, scheduling, and capacity optimization based on e-commerce demand cycles
• Ensure superior product quality, consistency, and packaging standards for online marketplaces
• Manage procurement coordination, inventory flow, and operational efficiency
• Implement lean manufacturing, process improvements, and cost-control measures
• Lead factory teams, supervisors, and shop floor workforce effectively
• Ensure safety compliance and operational discipline across all departments
• Collaborate with design, supply chain, and dispatch teams for faster go-to-market execution
• Monitor KPIs including productivity, defect rates, turnaround times, and order fulfillment efficiency
✅ Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Production Manager in furniture manufacturing
• Strong expertise in both wood and metal furniture production processes
• Experience handling multi-category manufacturing facilities
• Understanding of e-commerce production requirements, packaging, and fulfillment standards
• Strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of modern manufacturing systems, automation, and process optimization
