Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager, based in Dholka. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure production schedules are met, manage resources effectively, and maintain high standards of quality and safety on the production floor. The role will also involve supervising team performance, implementing process improvements, and ensuring compliance with company and industry standards.
Qualifications
• 10 year Experiance of Woven sack , PP Bags
- Strong understanding of production processes, workflow management, and operational efficiency
- Experience with quality control, troubleshooting, and adherence to industry standards
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to guide and motivate a production team
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of safety regulations and best practices in manufacturing environments
- Proficiency in production management software or related tools
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in the plastics or manufacturing industry is an advantage
