Role Description
The Production Manager will oversee daily production operations to ensure efficiency, quality, and compliance with company standards. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Gondal. Responsibilities include planning and managing production schedules, supervising teams to meet production goals, implementing quality control processes, coordinating with supply chain for inventory and materials, and ensuring the safe operation of equipment. The role also involves identifying areas for process improvement, managing costs, and ensuring adherence to company policies and industry standards.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of production planning and management processes
- Proficiency in workflow optimization, resource allocation, and time management
- Effective leadership and team management experience
- Understanding of quality assurance standards and manufacturing regulations
- Excellent problem-solving, critical-thinking, and communication skills
- Knowledge of hydraulic systems and components is an advantage
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
- Previous experience in a production management, supervisor, or similar role
- Familiarity with safety protocols in an industrial manufacturing setup
- Proficiency in using ERP systems and Microsoft Office tools
