We’re Hiring | Production Manager – Interiors Manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end production operations of the wood manufacturing unit.
* Plan and monitor daily production schedules to meet delivery timelines.
* Manage CNC, beam saw, edge banding, pressing, assembly, and finishing operations.
* Interpret production drawings, BOMs, and cut lists for execution.
* Ensure optimum machine utilization, productivity, and material efficiency.
* Maintain quality standards and implement process improvements.
* Lead, train, and supervise shop-floor teams.
* Coordinate with the design team for production feasibility and execution.
* Ensure adherence to safety, housekeeping, and maintenance practices.
Requirements:
* 8–15 years of experience in modular furniture or interior manufacturing.
* Strong knowledge of CNC woodworking machinery and factory operations.
* Experience in production planning, quality control, and team management.
* Ability to work under tight project deadlines.
* Knowledge of ERP/MRP systems will be an added advantage.
