Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role, located in Delhi, OH, for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day manufacturing operations, manage production schedules to meet deadlines, maintain quality control processes, and ensure optimal use of resources and efficiency. Responsibilities also include managing a team of production staff, addressing challenges promptly, collaborating with design and logistics teams, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in production management, manufacturing, or operations
- Team leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop staff
- Knowledge of production planning, quality control, and safety regulations
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities
- Problem-solving and decision-making expertise in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teams and stakeholders effectively
- Proficiency in production management software and systems
- Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
- Experience in furniture or related industries is a plus
