Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager at Icher Mobile Technologies Pvt. Ltd., located in Kochi. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing activities and workflows, ensure product quality and production efficiency, and manage raw material procurement and inventory. Additional responsibilities include coordinating cross-functional teams for product development, adhering to production timelines, implementing quality control standards, and optimizing resource utilization. The role also involves monitoring safety protocols and ensuring the proper functioning of equipment.
Qualifications
- Expertise in production management, manufacturing processes, and workflow optimization
- Experience in quality control, resource planning, and supervising manufacturing teams
- Strong understanding of equipment maintenance and workplace safety protocols
- Proficiency in inventory management and supply chain coordination
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
- Leadership experience with the ability to mentor and manage diverse teams
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
- Experience in electronics manufacturing and familiarity with technology-driven products is a plus
