Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Manager role based in Bareilly. The Production Manager will oversee daily manufacturing operations, ensure adherence to production schedules, maintain quality control, and optimize resources to improve operational efficiency. Responsibilities include supervising production teams, coordinating with procurement and engineering, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and resolving any operational issues.
Qualifications
- Comprehensive knowledge of production processes, resource planning, and team management
- Proficiency in quality control practices and adherence to industry standards
- Experience in inventory management, cost control, and supply chain coordination
- Strong problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- A degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field with prior industry experience preferred
- Familiarity with manufacturing tools and software is a plus
