Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Panipat for a Production Manager. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations in the production unit, ensuring efficiency, quality control, and adherence to timelines. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, supervising staff, maintaining inventory and supplies, implementing production standards and KPIs, and ensuring compliance with safety protocols and quality requirements. Additionally, the Production Manager will collaborate with various departments to optimize workflows and processes.
Qualifications
- Strong in bath rugs and team management skills to supervise production staff effectively.
- Proficiency in production scheduling, workflow management, and inventory control.
- Understanding of quality control and compliance with safety regulations and production standards.
- Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address production challenges efficiently.
- Communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively across teams.
- Relevant prior experience in production management roles; experience in home goods or manufacturing is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Production Management, or a textile graduate preferred.
