Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager based in Bhikangaon. The Production Manager will oversee production activities, ensure quality and compliance with regulatory standards, and optimize operational efficiency. Tasks include managing production schedules, supervising production staff, implementing quality control measures, maintaining inventory, and analyzing production data to identify improvement opportunities. Collaboration with internal teams and vendors to meet production targets is a key part of this role.
Qualifications
- Strong production management skills, including planning, scheduling, and supervision of production processes.
- Experience in quality control, compliance with industry regulations, and maintaining high standards for product consistency.
- Proficiency in inventory management and the ability to analyze production data for continuous improvement.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills to effectively engage with staff and stakeholders.
- Proven problem-solving skills with a focus on process optimization.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Operations, Supply Chain Management, or Industrial Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge of dietary and food supplement manufacturing practices will be considered a strong advantage.
