Role Description
We are seeking a full-time, on-site Production Manager to join our team in Pallavaram. The Production Manager will oversee day-to-day operations, ensure that processes meet quality and efficiency standards, and manage production schedules while coordinating with teams to meet project deadlines. Responsibilities include inventory management, addressing operational challenges, optimizing workflows, and maintaining safety and compliance standards within the production environment.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership and team management skills to motivate and guide production teams effectively
- Proficiency in process optimization, workflow management, and operations coordination
- Knowledge of quality control practices and compliance standards
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address production challenges
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities
- Familiarity with Fintech industry frameworks or financial production processes is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Management, or related field
- Prior experience in production management or a similar role
