Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Vasai for a Production Manager at Fluidteq Systems Pvt. Ltd. The Production Manager will oversee end-to-end manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality standards and production timelines. Responsibilities include planning and scheduling production workflows, managing inventory and materials, supervising production teams, and identifying opportunities for process optimization. The role also involves coordinating with cross-functional teams to meet project deadlines and ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, production planning, and workflow optimization
- Proficiency in quality assurance and compliance standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001)
- Experience in team leadership and resource management
- Familiarity with instrumentation tube fittings, valves, and related components is highly desirable
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with production software and tools, along with basic knowledge of CNC machining processes
- Educational background in engineering or a related field mechanical or industrial engineering preferred
- Commitment to maintaining high safety and environmental standards in manufacturing
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Strong expertise in CNC programming (Fanuc / Siemens / Haas / other controllers).
- Hands-on knowledge of turning, milling, VMC, HMC, and grinding operations.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings (GD&T).
Qualifications & Experience:
- Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical / Production Engineering.
- 6–10 years of experience in a machine shop, with at least 3–5 years in CNC programming and supervisory/managerial role.
