PULS Group is hiring a Production Manager – Electronics Manufacturing to lead SMT/THT production coordination, EMS partner management, manufacturing excellence, and continuous improvement initiatives for its Chennai operations.
This is a high-ownership opportunity to work with a global industrial power supply leader and drive production performance, quality, delivery, and new product introduction initiatives in a fast-growing manufacturing environment.

PULS India is expanding its manufacturing and operations footprint and is looking for experienced production professionals to support EMS coordination, production planning, process improvement, and manufacturing scalability initiatives.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate SMT and THT production activities to achieve production targets, quality standards, and delivery timelines
- Work closely with EMS/manufacturing partners to manage production planning, execution, and issue resolution
- Monitor production flow and ensure manufacturing activities run smoothly, safely, and efficiently
- Conduct regular EMS partner reviews and track production performance metrics
- Collaborate with engineering, quality, logistics, operations, and production stakeholders to resolve manufacturing bottlenecks
- Drive lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and process improvement initiatives to improve efficiency and reduce operational costs
- Support new product introduction (NPI), production readiness, and manufacturing transition activities
- Ensure adherence to quality systems, manufacturing procedures, and operational standards
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across production processes and manufacturing operations
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of experience in production, manufacturing, or plant operations
- Strong exposure to electronics manufacturing, SMT, THT, EMS coordination, or OEM manufacturing environments
- Experience working with third-party manufacturing or EMS partners
- Good understanding of production technologies, quality systems, ERP systems, and manufacturing workflows
- Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, process optimization, and operational excellence initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Tamil language capability is mandatory
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Mechanical, Production Engineering, or related field preferred
