We’re Hiring: Production Manager – Paper Conversion Industry

Felix Schoeller India is seeking a driven, experienced Production Manager to lead operations at our Taloja facility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive daily production to meet targets, quality, and timelines

• Lead and mentor production teams across shifts

• Optimize processes to improve efficiency and reduce waste

• Ensure smooth coordination with maintenance, quality & logistics

• Uphold strict safety, environmental & ISO standards

What We’re Looking For:

• Bachelor’s in Mechanical / Industrial / Manufacturing Engineering

• 5+ years in production management (paper/packaging/printing industry)

• Strong leadership, problem-solving & decision-making skills

• Hands-on with ERP systems & production planning tools

• Knowledge of Lean / Kaizen / Six Sigma is a plus
