Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Manager for a full-time, on-site role in Mumbai. This position involves leading the strategic direction, planning, and execution of all event production functions.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for delivering world-class events that reflect our creative vision while maintaining the highest standards of operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Lead end-to-end event production, from conceptualization to execution
- Drive strategic planning and ensure seamless delivery of events
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders
- Oversee production budgets, ensuring cost efficiency and profitability
- Maintain high-quality standards across all event deliverables
- Ensure timely execution in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Qualifications & Experience- Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Production, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in event production and operations
- Proven track record of managing small to large-scale events across industries
- Strong vendor management and negotiation skills
- Financial acumen with experience handling multi-crore budgets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in dynamic, high-pressure environments
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally, as required
