Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Ahmednagar. The Production Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of production processes to ensure optimal efficiency and quality control. Responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols and delivery timelines. The Production Manager will also lead efforts to optimize resources and implement process improvements to achieve organizational goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in production planning, workflow optimization, and resource management
- Strong expertise in quality control, process improvement, and compliance with manufacturing standards
- Experience in team leadership, employee training, and effective communication within production units
- Knowledge of PCB manufacturing, engineering principles, and manufacturing technologies is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to handle high-pressure situations
- Familiarity with safety protocols, budget management, and reporting tools
- A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field is required
- Prior experience in production management within the electronics or PCB industry is a plus
