Role Description
We are seeking a Production Manager for a full-time, on-site role located in Saphale, Mahararashtra, about 60 km from Mumbai city. The Production Manager will be responsible for overseeing daily production operations, ensuring efficient workflows, and maintaining quality control throughout the manufacturing process. This role includes managing production schedules, supervising staff, optimizing resources, and ensuring adherence to health and safety standards. Communication and coordination with cross-functional teams will also be integral to ensuring production targets are met. Candidate should be from Gujarat or Maharashtra and can provide accommodation if necessary.
