Position: Production Manager (Duct Manufacturing/ HVAC)
Department: Production
Location: Plant-Tatarpur, Palwal, Haryana
Reports To: Operations Head / Plant Manager
Experience: 8-10 Years
Salary Range: 40000 to 60000 PM
Qualification: Diploma / B.Tech (Mechanical) preferred, or Diploma with relevant technical experience.
Job Summary
The Production Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and controlling all manufacturing activities related to HVAC duct production. The role ensures production targets, quality standards, safety requirements, and delivery timelines are achieved efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage daily production activities for HVAC duct manufacturing.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule and project requirements.
- Monitor production processes to maintain quality standards and reduce wastage.
- Coordinate with design, sales, and dispatch teams for smooth production planning.
- Manage production workforce including supervisors, operators, and helpers.
- Ensure proper utilization of machines, materials, and manpower.
- Implement safety procedures and maintain a safe working environment.
- Monitor inventory of raw materials such as GI sheets, accessories, and hardware.
- Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce costs.
- Prepare production reports and update management on production status.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
- 5–10 years of experience in HVAC duct manufacturing
Salary: 35000- 45000 PM
