Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager, based in Ahmedabad. The Production Manager will oversee the entire production process, ensuring efficiency and adherence to quality standards. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with departments, supervising production teams, and ensuring safety and compliance protocols are followed. The role also involves identifying areas for process improvement and implementing solutions to optimize production workflows.
Qualifications
- Experience with production planning, workflow management, and quality control
- Excellent leadership, team management, and staff supervision skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of safety protocols and regulatory compliance in manufacturing
- Proficiency in time management and resource allocation
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field
- Experience in the textiles industry is highly desirable
