Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager based in Mumbai. The Production Manager will oversee daily operations of the manufacturing facility, ensure production schedules are met, and monitor quality control processes. Additional responsibilities include coordinating with team leads, managing resources efficiently, implementing safety protocols, and driving process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce waste. The role requires strong leadership and organizational skills to meet company objectives and maintain a high standard of production output.
Qualifications
- Strong leadership, team management, and organizational skills
- Experience in production planning, operational management, and manufacturing processes
- Knowledge of quality control processes and safety compliance standards
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to implement process improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or a related field
- Proficiency in tools and software relevant to production and project planning
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Prior experience in the insulation or manufacturing industry is an advantage
