Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Manager located in Halol. The Production Manager will oversee manufacturing operations, ensure quality standards, and optimize production processes. Responsibilities include managing resources, coordinating with the production team, maintaining schedules, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental regulations. The role also requires analyzing production data, identifying opportunities for improvement, and implementing efficiency initiatives to meet company goals.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in production management and process optimization
- Strong knowledge of quality assurance, safety protocols, and compliance regulations
- Effective leadership and team coordination skills
- Ability to analyze data, solve problems, and implement efficiency improvements
- Experience in sustainable manufacturing practices is an advantage
- Familiarity with biodegradable or eco-friendly product manufacturing is a plus
- Excellent project management and organizational abilities
- Bachelor's degree in industrial engineering, manufacturing, or a related field (preferred)
