We are s

eking a highly experienced Production Manager to lead the Taper Roller Bearing Division. The role requires deep expertise in bearing manufacturing, strong leadership, and the ability to drive productivity, quality, and cost efficiency at scale.

nd-to-end production operations of taper roller bearings • Ensure
production targets (volume, quality, cost) are consistently met • Optimi
ze machine utilization, manpower, and workflow
2. Proce

s Excellence & Continuous Improvement • Implem
ent Lean Manufacturing, Kaizen, and Six Sigma practices • Drive
cycle time reduction, waste elimination, and productivity improvement • Identi
fy bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
3. Quali

y & Compliance • Ensure
strict adherence to quality standards (IATF 16949 preferred) • Collab
orate with QA to minimize rejection rates and improve consistency • Mainta
in documentation and audit readiness

anagement • Lead,
train, and mentor production teams and supervisors • Build
a high-performance culture with accountability and discipline • Ensure
proper shift planning and workforce utilization

🔹 Required Qualifications • Bachel
or’s degree in Mechanical / Production Engineering (preferred) • 10–15+
years of experience in bearing manufacturing (mandatory) • Strong
experience in taper roller bearing production • Proven
leadership experience managing large shop-floor teams

nderstanding of bearing manufacturing processes (turning, heat treatment, grinding, assembly) • Expert
