Production Manager
🎓 Qualification
- B.E./B.Tech in Chemical Engineering (Preferred)
- M.Sc. Chemistry
- B.Sc. Chemistry (with relevant experience)
💼 Experience
- Minimum 12+ years in Chemical Manufacturing
- 3+ years in a Production Manager or equivalent leadership role
- Experience in Dyes & Dye Intermediates will be preferred.
💰 CTC
Up to ₹15 Lakhs per annum (Based on experience and competency)
Key Responsibilities
✔ Lead end-to-end production operations and ensure timely achievement of production targets.
✔ Manage production teams, shift operations, and workforce productivity.
✔ Ensure compliance with Quality, EHS, GMP, and statutory requirements.
✔ Drive process optimization, cost reduction, and continuous improvement initiatives.
✔ Coordinate with QA/QC, Maintenance, Stores, Planning, and Supply Chain for seamless operations.
✔ Improve plant efficiency, process yield, and product quality while maintaining safe operations.
