Role Description The Production Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Haridwar, responsible for overseeing daily production operations and ensuring that output meets quality, safety, and efficiency standards. The role includes planning and scheduling production activities, managing resources, and coordinating with maintenance, quality, and supply chain teams to minimize downtime and ensure timely deliveries. The Production Manager will monitor production metrics, implement process improvements, and ensure compliance with regulatory and company safety policies. This position also involves leading and mentoring production staff, resolving operational issues, and reporting performance and improvement plans to senior management.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of production planning, process optimization, and workflow management in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
- Experience implementing and maintaining quality and safety standards, including regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage shift operations, and build a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in using production management tools, basic data analysis, and reporting to track KPIs and drive decisions.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across departments.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, industrial management, or a related field; relevant manufacturing or gas industry experience is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Haridwar and manage operations in a fast-paced, safety-focused environment.
