We are looking for an experienced Production Manager with strong expertise in CNC machining, 5-Axis setup, and precision manufacturing processes to lead and optimize production operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day production activities for CNC/VMC and conventional machining operations.
- Strong hands-on knowledge of CNC setup, especially 5-Axis machining centers.
- Plan, monitor, and improve productivity, quality, and on-time delivery.
- Coordinate with quality, planning, and maintenance teams for smooth production flow.
- Ensure process optimization, cycle time reduction, and cost control.
- Handle manpower planning, machine utilization, and shop floor discipline.
- Monitor adherence to quality systems and customer specifications.
- Working knowledge of CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for inspection and dimensional validation.
Requirements:
- Strong experience in precision components manufacturing.
- Hands-on knowledge of 5-Axis CNC setup, tooling, and machining processes.
- Experience with CMM inspection and quality control.
- Knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and process improvement preferred.
- Ability to manage teams and achieve production targets.
Qualification:
- Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering or relevant technical qualification.
- 8–15 years of experience in CNC machining and precision manufacturing preferred.
