🚀 Hiring: Production Manager – Transformer Manufacturing
📍 Location: Palakkad / Kalady
🏭 Industry: Electrical Equipment / Power Transformer Manufacturing
🎓 Qualification: B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
🕒 Experience: 10+ years in transformer manufacturing (5+ years in leadership role)
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Production planning & execution to meet delivery timelines
- Manage transformer manufacturing processes (core assembly, coil winding, tank fabrication, oil filling, testing)
- Ensure quality standards and reduce defects with QA/QC teams
- Lead and manage production staff, supervisors, and technicians
- Implement process improvements, lean manufacturing & cost optimization
- Coordinate materials, inventory, and procurement for smooth production
- Maintain safety standards and compliance on the shop floor
- Monitor production KPIs, efficiency, and reporting
