McLIne Studios is looking for a highly organized and experienced Production Manager to lead and manage the production of architectural projects for North American clients. This role requires strong leadership, operational management, and client coordination skills to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and with the highest quality standards.
The Production Manager will act as a bridge between clients and the internal production team, ensuring smooth project execution, resource planning, and quality control.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and manage project schedules, milestones, and production workflows.
- Oversee daily operations of the architectural production team.
- Coordinate directly with North American clients to understand project requirements.
- Manage team workload, resource allocation, and productivity.
- Conduct quality checks and ensure deliverables meet client standards and codes.
- Monitor project progress and resolve production or coordination issues.
- Implement and improve standard operating procedures (SOPs) for production efficiency.
- Ensure timely delivery of drawings, documentation, and project packages.
Required Qualifications
- 8+ years of experience in architectural production or project management.
- Prior experience working with North American architecture firms or projects.
- Strong knowledge of architectural documentation, construction drawings, and project coordination.
- Experience managing large production teams and multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication and client management skills.
- Proficiency in industry tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, and project management systems.
