Role Description The Production Maintenance Supervisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jatani. This role oversees daily maintenance activities within the production plant, ensuring equipment and machinery operate safely and efficiently. Responsibilities include planning and executing preventive and corrective maintenance, supervising maintenance staff, coordinating with production teams to minimize downtime, and managing maintenance records and reports. The supervisor will monitor equipment performance, lead troubleshooting efforts for mechanical and electrical issues, enforce safety and compliance standards, and support continuous improvement initiatives in plant reliability and productivity.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong skills in Equipment Maintenance and Production Maintenance to ensure smooth and reliable plant operations.
- Candidates should possess experience in Plant Maintenance and Troubleshooting to diagnose issues and implement effective corrective actions.
- Candidates should possess proven Supervisory Skills to lead maintenance teams, allocate tasks, and monitor performance.
- Relevant technical diploma or degree in mechanical, electrical, or industrial engineering (or equivalent) is preferred.
- Experience in beverage, food processing, or FMCG manufacturing environments is beneficial.
- Knowledge of safety standards, preventive maintenance practices, and basic inventory management for spare parts is an advantage.
- Strong communication, documentation, and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work in a fast-paced production setting.
