Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Delhi, India for a Production Incharge. The Production Incharge will oversee daily production operations, ensuring processes run efficiently and effectively while maintaining product quality. Responsibilities include planning and coordinating production schedules, supervising team performance, ensuring safety protocols are followed, maintaining inventory levels, and addressing any production issues as they arise. Collaboration with various departments and reporting to the management team will also be key aspects of this role.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in production planning, workflow management, and process improvement
• Knowledge of manufacturing practices, quality control systems, and safety regulations
• Proficiency in using production and inventory management tools or software
• Proven leadership and team management skills, with an ability to motivate and guide team members
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Experience in conducting performance evaluations and training sessions
• Engineering or Manufacturing-related degree is preferred
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role in a manufacturing or production environment is a plus
