Role Description The Production Incharge is a full-time, on-site role based in Faridabad, responsible for overseeing daily production activities for custom lighting products. This role includes planning and scheduling production, coordinating with design and procurement teams, and ensuring that materials, tools, and labor are available as needed. The Production Incharge monitors workflow on the shop floor, supervises production staff, and enforces quality standards and safety procedures. The role also involves tracking production timelines, optimizing processes to reduce waste and rework, and maintaining accurate records for inventory, output, and equipment status. Collaboration with management to meet project deadlines and support continuous improvement initiatives is an essential part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule production based on confirmed orders and delivery timelines.
- Manage manpower, materials, and production resources efficiently.
- Allocate work, monitor production progress, and achieve daily targets.
- Coordinate sample development and implementation of approved product changes.
- Ensure product quality, process compliance, and on-time dispatch.
- Maintain production reports, trackers, and documentation.
- Coordinate installation and after-sales service activities with technical teams.
- Lead, guide, and motivate the production team while ensuring SOP and safety compliance.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.
Requirements:
- Experience in production planning and manufacturing operations.
- Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of quality control, production documentation, and process improvement.
- Ability to work under deadlines and coordinate across multiple departments.
- Lighting Industry experience (preferred)

- Diploma in electrical/electronic, Bachelor's
