Role Description
The Production Incharge is responsible for overseeing daily production activities, ensuring efficiency, and maintaining product quality standards in the manufacturing process. Key responsibilities include managing production schedules, coordinating with teams, overseeing inventory levels, ensuring adherence to safety and quality protocols, and resolving any operational challenges. The role also involves implementing process improvements and optimizing resource utilization. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Alwar.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of production operations, process management, and quality assurance.
- Proficiency in team supervision, workflow coordination, and resource allocation.
- Experience in implementing safety measures and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Skills in inventory management and maintaining optimum stock levels.
- Technical knowledge of machinery and manufacturing processes within the detergent or related industries.
- Ability to analyze production data, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements.
- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field is required.
- Prior experience in the home cleaning or FMCG sector is an advantage.
