Role Description
This is an on-site, full-time role for a Production Incharge located in Ghaziabad. The Production Incharge will manage and oversee daily operations on the production floor, ensuring the production process follows company standards and complies with safety regulations. Key responsibilities include planning production schedules, supervising the production team, maintaining equipment, monitoring quality control, and addressing operational issues promptly. This role requires effective communication with cross-functional teams to meet production targets and improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in production planning, process optimization, and resource allocation
- Proficiency in supervising production teams and maintaining quality standards on the production floor
- Experience in equipment maintenance and troubleshooting production-related issues
- Familiarity with safety regulations and implementing best practices in workplace safety
- Effective communication, teamwork, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field
