Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Incharge based in the Nagpur division. The Production Incharge will oversee day-to-day production activities, manage teams, ensure manufacturing timelines and quality standards are met, and maintain operational efficiency. Responsibilities also include monitoring inventory, coordinating with procurement and maintenance teams, implementing safety and compliance protocols, and identifying process improvements to optimize production workflows.
Qualifications
- Strong understanding of production management, planning, and scheduling
- Proven leadership, team management, and communication skills
- Knowledge of inventory control, supply chain coordination, and vendor management
- Ability to ensure compliance with safety and manufacturing regulations
- Problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address production challenges
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for production planning and reporting
- Prior experience as a production manager or similar role in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial Management, or a related field is preferred
