🚨 We're Hiring: Production Head
📍 Location: Ludhiana
💰 Salary: ₹50,000 – ₹70,000 per month (Negotiable based on skills and experience)
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Production Head to lead and oversee production operations. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in production planning, team management, quality control, and process improvement within a manufacturing environment.
📌 Key Responsibilities:
• Manage end-to-end production operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Plan and monitor daily production schedules to achieve production targets
• Lead and supervise production teams to maximize efficiency and productivity
• Ensure quality standards and timely delivery of products
• Coordinate with procurement, stores, quality, and dispatch teams
• Monitor production reports and implement process improvements
• Optimize manpower, machinery, and production resources
• Resolve production-related issues and drive operational excellence
✅ Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Production Head or Production Manager
• Strong knowledge of production planning and manufacturing processes
• Excellent leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Ability to manage production targets and improve operational efficiency
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Experience in the sewing machine industry will be an added advantage
