Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Head (PEB) located in the Greater Hyderabad Area. The Production Head will oversee daily operations related to the production of pre-engineered buildings. Responsibilities include planning and managing production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, supervising teams, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards, and maintaining cost efficiencies. The role also involves coordination across multiple departments to drive successful execution of projects and meet delivery timelines.
Qualifications
- Strong expertise in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient workflow and optimal resource utilization.
- Solid experience in Operations Management, including process optimization and adherence to quality and safety standards.
- Proficiency in Team Management, with the ability to lead, motivate, and coordinate multiple teams in a collaborative environment.
- Competence in Budgeting and cost control to manage resources effectively and meet financial goals.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to address production challenges.
- Proven experience in pre-engineered buildings or related industries preferred.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or equivalent; advanced qualifications or certifications are an advantage.
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail and the ability to manage deadlines effectively.
