Role Description
We are seeking a Production Head for a full-time, on-site role based in Chengalpattu. The role involves overseeing end-to-end production operations, including planning, scheduling, and managing production activities to meet organizational goals. The candidate will focus on optimizing production efficiency, ensuring quality standards, managing budgets, and leading the production team to deliver high-performance output. The Production Head will also play a crucial role in identifying areas for process improvements and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
- Strong background in Operations Management and Budgeting
- Exceptional leadership and Team Management skills
- Proficiency in analyzing production performance and implementing process improvements
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively as part of a team
- Educational background in Mechanical Engineering or a related field is preferred
- Experience in hydraulic systems or manufacturing for industrial applications is a plus
