Are you a seasoned poultry processing professional looking to lead a high-growth operation?
We're looking for an experienced Production Head to oversee and optimize our poultry processing facility in Kerala. This is an opportunity to play a key leadership role in building a world-class processing operation with a strong focus on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement.
Key Requirements
✅ Minimum 5 years of experience managing a poultry processing plant.
✅ Proven expertise in:
- Chilled Chicken Processing
- Frozen Chicken Processing
- Marination
- Ready-to-Eat (RTE) Products
- Ready-to-Fry (RTF) Products
- Portioning & Value-Added Products
✅ Strong understanding of:
- HACCP, GMP & Food Safety Systems
- Production Planning & Process Optimization
- Yield Improvement & Cost Control
- Team Leadership & Operational Excellence
- Quality Assurance & Hygiene Standards
✅ Willingness to relocate to Kerala.
