Job Description – Production Executive (Interior Designer)

Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented and execution-focused Production Executive (Interior Designer) to manage and coordinate interior project execution from design finalization to site completion. The candidate will work closely with designers, vendors, factories, and site teams to ensure timely and quality delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate with the design team for understanding project drawings and requirements.
- Manage production planning and execution for interior projects.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, carpenters, and factory teams for smooth workflow.
- Ensure materials, finishes, and furniture are produced as per approved designs and timelines.
- Conduct regular site visits and supervise installation work.
- Monitor project timelines, quality standards, and execution progress.
- Resolve on-site execution issues and coordinate with internal teams for quick solutions.
- Prepare BOQs, production schedules, and progress reports.
- Ensure proper communication between client servicing, design, and production teams.
- Maintain quality checks during production and installation stages.
Required Skills
- Strong understanding of interior materials, furniture production, and site execution.
- Knowledge of modular furniture and residential/commercial interiors.
- Ability to read technical drawings and execution details.
- Good vendor management and coordination skills.
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and MS Excel is preferred.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
Qualification
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field.
Preferred Candidate Profile
Experience in residential interior execution.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and deadline management.
Immediate joiners preferred.
