Job Description – Production Executive

Role Summary
We are looking for a Production Executive to manage daily production activities, ensure smooth manufacturing operations, maintain quality standards, and achieve production targets efficiently. The candidate should have experience in FMCG/Food Manufacturing and knowledge of production planning, manpower handling, and inventory coordination.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor daily production activities and ensure achievement of production targets.
- Maintain proper utilization of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
- Coordinate with warehouse, quality, and maintenance teams for uninterrupted production flow.
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, hygiene, safety, and quality standards during production.
- Minimize wastage and improve productivity through effective process monitoring.
- Maintain production reports, batch records, and shift documentation accurately.
- Handle manpower allocation and supervise shop floor operations.
- Support inventory control and material reconciliation activities.
- Ensure timely reporting of machine breakdowns and operational issues.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of production processes and manufacturing operations.
- Basic understanding of inventory management and material planning.
- Good communication and team handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and under production deadlines.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and production reporting.
Qualification
- Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Production, Mechanical, Food Technology, or related field.
Preferred Industry
- FMCG / Food Processing / Spices Manufacturing Industry.
