Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Executive based in Bengaluru North. The Production Executive will oversee and manage the production aspects of events, including coordinating with vendors, supervising setup, and ensuring smooth event execution. Responsibilities include managing project timelines, budgets, logistics, and resources while adhering to project objectives and client requirements. The role also involves ensuring quality control, problem-solving on-site, and maintaining effective communication with stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Event production and show flow management expertise
- Strong logistical and organizational skills, including project supervision and coordination with vendors
- Budget management and resource allocation skills
- Attention to detail and quality control expertise
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills
- Proficiency in event management tools and technologies is preferred
- Degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
- Experience in large-scale corporate or special event management is a plus
