Role Description The Production Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Pune City. The Production Executive will oversee daily production operations for sweet corn and frozen food products, ensuring adherence to production plans, quality standards, and safety protocols. This role includes coordinating with production teams, monitoring equipment and process parameters, and resolving operational issues to maintain efficiency and minimize downtime. The Production Executive will collaborate with quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials, compliance with food safety regulations, and accurate documentation. The role also involves supporting continuous improvement initiatives, optimizing resource utilization, and contributing to process upgrades aligned with company quality and productivity goals.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess skills in Production Planning and Production Management to effectively schedule, organize, and monitor manufacturing activities.
- Candidates should possess strong Communication skills to coordinate with cross-functional teams, vendors, and internal stakeholders.
- Candidates should possess knowledge of Food Technology to understand processing requirements, product specifications, and food safety standards.
- Candidates should possess Quality Control skills to ensure compliance with regulatory norms, company standards, and certification requirements.
- Relevant qualifications such as a diploma or degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or related fields are beneficial.
- Experience in food processing, FMCG, or agro-based manufacturing environments is an advantage.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production setting with strong problem-solving, attention to detail, and basic computer proficiency is preferred.
