Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Executive, based in Uppal. The Production Executive will oversee daily production activities, ensure adherence to production schedules, and maintain quality control standards. Key responsibilities include planning production processes, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring compliance with operational and safety protocols. The role also involves monitoring the efficiency of production workflows and implementing improvements where necessary.
Qualifications
- Expertise in Production Planning and Production Management
- Strong Communication skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders
- Knowledge of Quality Control processes to ensure compliance with industry and safety standards
- Experience or educational background in Food Technology or a related field is a plus
- Proficiency in problem-solving and decision-making in a manufacturing environment
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related technical field
- Familiarity with regulatory standards and operational processes in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment with a focus on process efficiency
