Role Description
The Production Executive is a full-time, on-site role located in the Pune/Pimpri-Chinchwad area. This position involves overseeing production planning, managing daily manufacturing operations, ensuring adherence to quality control standards, and coordinating with teams to optimize production processes. The Production Executive will collaborate with the quality and technology teams to maintain production efficiency while meeting client requirements and company objectives.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure smooth and efficient manufacturing processes
- Strong skills in Quality Control to monitor accuracy, compliance, and consistency within set standards
- Knowledge of Food Technology or related fields to support industry-specific machinery and processes
- Excellent Communication skills for collaboration with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
- Critical thinking, organizational skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced operational setup
- Experience in the machinery or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Bachelor's degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
