Role Description
This full-time on-site role for a Production Executive is based in Dera Bassi. The Production Executive will oversee production processes, implement effective production planning, and manage resources efficiently to meet organizational targets. Responsibilities also include ensuring adherence to quality control standards, maintaining safety protocols, and coordinating with other teams for smooth production operations. Additional responsibilities involve regular communication with internal stakeholders and contributing to production-related improvements.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in Production Planning and Production Management
- Knowledge of Food Technology and Quality Control practices
- Excellent Communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to analyze production data and implement improvements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, or a related field
- Experience in the agrochemical or manufacturing industry is a plus
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
