Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Executive located in Nainital. The Production Executive will manage day-to-day operations on the production floor, including overseeing production planning, coordinating production workflows, and ensuring compliance with food safety and quality standards. The role also involves collaborating with teams to optimize resources, improve efficiency, and investigate and address any production issues as they arise.
Qualifications
- Strong skills in Production Planning and Production Management, including the ability to oversee production workflows and optimize resource utilization.
- Knowledge and expertise in Food Technology, with a solid understanding of industry standards and requirements.
- Proficiency in Quality Control practices, with the ability to implement and maintain food safety and quality assurance measures.
- Effective Communication skills to liaise with teams and ensure a smooth collaboration in achieving production goals.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields such as Food Technology, Production Management, or a related discipline is preferred.
- Work experience in a similar role within the food manufacturing or consumer goods industry is advantageous.
