Role Description
As a Production Executive at Mariterro, you will focus on efficiently planning, managing, and overseeing production processes to meet organizational goals. Key responsibilities include scheduling production activities, ensuring quality control, coordinating with teams for smooth workflow, and implementing food technology standards in production. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Chennai, where you will work closely with a dynamic team to contribute to operational excellence and sustainability.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management (seafood)
- Experience in Seafood or related sector
- Strong Communication skills to effectively liaise with teams and stakeholders
- Expertise in Food Technology, ensuring production meets industry standards
- Experience in Quality Control to maintain product integrity and compliance
- Proactive problem-solving, leadership abilities, and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Food Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in a food production or manufacturing environment is advantageous
