Role Description We are looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Production Executive to support and coordinate day-to-day manufacturing operations. The role involves production planning, monitoring output, coordinating with workers and supervisors, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth factory operations.
The ideal candidate should have prior experience in a manufacturing environment and be comfortable working on the production floor as well as handling reporting and coordination activities.
Key ResponsibilitiesProduction Coordination
Monitor daily production activities and ensure smooth workflow
Coordinate with supervisors and workers to achieve production targets
Track production output and identify bottlenecks
Ensure timely completion of production schedules
Planning & Inventory Support
Assist in production planning and material requirement coordination
Monitor availability of raw materials and report shortages
Coordinate with relevant departments for uninterrupted production
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain daily production records and reports
Update production data in Excel and company software
Prepare MIS and production summaries as required
Quality & Process Monitoring
Ensure adherence to production processes and quality standards
Escalate production issues and quality concerns to management
Support implementation of process improvements
Desired Skills
2–3 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
Basic knowledge of production planning and reporting
Good computer skills, especially MS Excel
Strong coordination and communication abilities
Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
Problem-solving mindset and attention to detail
Preferred Candidates
Candidates residing in or around Dombivli, Kalyan, or nearby areas
Experience in factory operations, manufacturing, production coordination, or plant administration
Qualifications
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
- Candidates should possess strong Production Planning and Production Management skills to coordinate daily schedules, optimize workflows, and meet output targets.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, guide shop-floor staff, and report production status clearly.
- Candidates should possess solid Quality Control skills to ensure adherence to specifications, conduct inspections, and support corrective and preventive actions.
- Candidates with knowledge of Food Technology or related manufacturing disciplines are preferred for understanding material properties, safety, and compliance.
- Relevant experience in polymer, plastics, or industrial manufacturing, preferably 2–5 years in a production or plant operations role.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Production, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field is desirable.
- Ability to work on-site in Mumbai, manage shift-based operations if required, and uphold health, safety, and environmental standards.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in basic MS Office and production reporting tools.
