Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and technically competent Production Executive to manage day-to-day manufacturing operations in a pharmaceutical/chemical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in process operations, production planning, quality compliance, and safe plant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute and monitor production activities for CCS and SSG manufacturing.
- Ensure production targets are achieved while maintaining quality and safety standards.
- Monitor process parameters and optimize production efficiency.
- Prepare and maintain Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and production documentation.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, SOPs, and EHS guidelines.
- Coordinate with QA, QC, Maintenance, Warehouse, and Engineering teams for smooth operations.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor raw material consumption, yield, and minimize process losses.
- Lead and supervise production operators during shift operations.
- Participate in process improvements and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical excipient or chemical manufacturing processes.
- Understanding of Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR), SOPs, and cGMP.
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to work in rotational shifts.
Preferred Experience
Candidates with experience in pharmaceutical excipients, specialty chemicals, starch derivatives, fine chemicals, or other continuous/batch process manufacturing industries will be preferred.
