Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Production Executive based in Kathua. The Production Executive will oversee production processes, ensure the efficiency and quality of operations, and manage production staff. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring production schedules, coordinating with various departments to optimize workflow, overseeing quality control, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. The role also involves troubleshooting production challenges and contributing to continuous process improvement.

Qualifications

• Experience with production planning, process management, and operational workflows
• Knowledge of quality control processes and health and safety standards within a production environment
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address production challenges effectively
• Proficiency in using production-related tools, software, and technology
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Production Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience)
• Prior experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
