Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Production Executive, based in the Greater Delhi Area. The Production Executive will oversee daily production activities, ensuring efficient planning, execution, and management of production processes. Responsibilities include coordinating with teams for production schedules, ensuring adherence to quality standards, supervising day-to-day operations in manufacturing units, and maintaining operational compliance. This role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and achieve production targets efficiently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Production Planning and Production Management to ensure efficient and timely operations.
- Knowledge of Food Technology to address production requirements and maintain best practices in the agricultural sector.
- Experience in Quality Control processes to ensure product safety and adherence to quality standards.
- Effective Communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills to manage production challenges and operational tasks effectively.
- Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Food Technology, or a related field is preferred.
- Previous experience in agrochemical or agricultural manufacturing is highly advantageous.
- A proactive approach and ability to adapt to fast-paced production environments.
