Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Production Executive role based in Kolkata. The Production Executive will be responsible for planning and managing production schedules, overseeing end-to-end production processes, and ensuring product quality aligns with industry standards. The role also involves collaborating with various teams to maintain efficiency and compliance with food technology protocols. Maintaining effective communication with stakeholders and fostering a safe and productive work environment are essential responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Experience in Production Planning and Production Management
- Knowledge in Food Technology and techniques relevant to the baking industry
- Skills in Quality Control to ensure compliance with safety and product standards
- Strong Communication skills to collaborate effectively across teams and departments
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- A Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as Food Technology, Engineering, or a similar discipline
- Prior experience in the food or manufacturing industry is an advantage
- Willingness to work on-site in Kolkata
